Determine the best time to sell your home. Discuss home sale preparation timeline, listing price.

Realtor provide a report of home improvement to help homeowners realize their greatest gain. This can be as simple as fixing a leak, repainting the house, or power washing the exterior. Or it can be as extensive as redoing a kitchen. Your realtor will suggest the minimum requirements however some homeowners would like to do more. 4 weeks - 3 months in length.
