Over the Moon Homes has partnered with my company, D Construction Inc to give your home a make-over to retain and enhance property value. Moon is my cousin and one of my project managers for over 5 years. She is the lead on custom windows and landscaping while my company offers a wide range of general construction services. We share home renovation visions and real estate adventures. She and her husband are also my 18-year old son's god parents. It is a family business and we are proud of what we do!

Rennovation Express
Kitchen
This in-place kitchen renovation cost $39,000 and 6 weeks. New electrical (40 amp new breaker box) and plumbing was done after the old kitchen was demolished. New floor tiles, kitchen cabinets, dual-pane windows, quartz counter, back-splash, recessed lights and pendant light fixtures. Designer paint colors consultation included to accentuate the expansive views.
Bathroom
This bathroom renovation cost $25,000 and 6 weeks. New electrical and plumbing was done after the old bathroom was demolished. New wall and floor tiles, vanity and mirror. Custom-made 1/2 inch see-through floor-to-ceiling shower glass to make a steam room.
Attic Conversion
This attic conversion cost $20,000 and 4 weeks. Ceiling and framing reinforcement to redistribute weight and remove some poles to open up the space. New electrical, lighting, thermal and sound insulation. New flooring and designer wall color. New dual pane weather-proof windows and solar shade treatment.
